Refund Policy

A refund will be issued upon request, and with supporting proof or evidence from the customer, for the reasons listed below under Acceptable Reasons for a Refund. Eagles Editing reserves the right to grant or deny refunds at our sole discretion.

Acceptable Reasons For a Refund

  • Fraudulent use of your credit/debit card.
  • Any illegal or non-sanctioned use of your payment information.
  • Mistaken double payment for the same submission (as determined by Eagles Editing).

Requesting a Refund

Refund requests are valid up to 30 days from the date of payment. To request a refund, send an email to: accounts@eaglesediting.com

Include the following details in your email:

  • Submission to be refunded (include invoice number)
  • Proof of double payment (if applicable)
  • Full name, mailing address, and telephone number

Refund requests will be processed in the order received. You’ll be contacted if additional details are required to verify and process the refund.
